1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the amer56 website and services located at https://amer56.cam (the "Platform"), you ("User", "You", "Your") enter into a legally binding agreement with amer56 ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by amer56, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, lottery games (including togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other gaming products offered on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the amer56 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive provided by amer56 to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User into their amer56 Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and residency.
• "Platform" means the amer56 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming software and services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and entertainment services provided by amer56 through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager a bonus amount or deposit amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's amer56 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use an Account on the amer56 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with Indonesian legal standards for gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of Account registration and gaming activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities on this Platform or any other gaming platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. amer56 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred bank account or e-wallet details for deposits and withdrawals

You agree to keep your Account information up-to-date and notify us immediately of any changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with amer56. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered to the same person, device, household, IP address, or payment method, all associated Accounts will be suspended or closed, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted under your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for any such activities.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify amer56 customer support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available) and using a strong, unique password.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming practices, amer56 requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. This process may be initiated at any time, including upon Account registration, before a first withdrawal, or at our discretion based on account activity.

You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence (issued within the last 3 months) showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the credit/debit card used for deposits (with middle digits obscured for security), a screenshot of your e-wallet account, or a bank statement showing your account details.

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in color. Partial, blurred, or edited documents will not be accepted. The KYC verification process typically takes 24-48 hours. During verification, your withdrawal capabilities may be temporarily restricted. Upon successful verification, full Account functionality will be restored.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

amer56 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies at this time.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000
Maximum deposit per transaction: Varies by payment method (typically Rp 50,000,000)
Processing time: Most deposits are credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes of confirmation.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If we detect that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the Account holder, the deposit will be refunded (minus any applicable fees), and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Deposit Fees

amer56 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the User's responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000
Maximum withdrawal per day: Rp 200,000,000
Processing time: 15-30 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• You must have wagered at least 1x (one times) your total deposit amount to prevent money laundering.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal.
• Your Account must not be flagged for suspicious activity or Terms violations.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

amer56 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals beyond 3 per month may incur a processing fee of Rp 15,000 per transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional receiving fees.

6.4 Withdrawal Delays and Investigations

amer56 reserves the right to delay or investigate any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, multi-accounting, or other violations of these Terms. During an investigation, your Account may be temporarily restricted. We will notify you of any such investigation and keep you informed of progress. Investigations typically conclude within 7-14 business days.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Acceptance

From time to time, amer56 may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers ("Bonuses") to Users. Bonuses are entirely discretionary and are granted at amer56's sole discretion. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions attached to that Bonus, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. A typical wagering requirement might be expressed as "30x the bonus amount" or "20x (deposit + bonus)".

For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 (100,000 × 30) before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Dealer Games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: Varies by odds (typically bets at odds ≥ 1.50 contribute 100%)
• Poker and Skill Games: 0-10% contribution

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Maximum bet limit while a Bonus is active: Rp 25,000 per bet (unless otherwise stated). Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one Bonus can be active on your Account at a time.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days if wagering requirements are not met.
• amer56 reserves the right to cancel or confiscate Bonuses if we detect abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, opposite betting, hedge betting, or exploitation of software errors.

7.4 Bonus Forfeiture

You may choose to forfeit an active Bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon forfeiture, the Bonus funds and any winnings generated from the Bonus will be removed from your Account, and only your original deposited funds will remain.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 General Conduct

All bets placed on the amer56 Platform are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation.

amer56 reserves the right to void any bet or game result if:

• The bet was placed after the event or game had already started (except for live betting).
• Incorrect odds were displayed due to technical error.
• The event was canceled, postponed, or abandoned.
• The bet was placed using insider information or exploited a software malfunction.
• The User engaged in fraudulent or collusive behavior.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets are governed by our comprehensive Sportsbook Rules, available on the Platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated (e.g., "including overtime").
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours. If the event does not take place within 48 hours, all bets are void.
• Live betting odds update in real-time. You are responsible for accepting the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet.
• Maximum payout per bet: Rp 500,000,000.

8.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment audited for fairness. Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game.

If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, all affected game rounds are void, and bets are refunded. amer56 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party software failures on the User's end.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud amer56 or other Users, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or falsified documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or peer-to-peer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting Bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, opposite betting, or hedge betting designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, disguise, or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without valid grounds after depositing funds.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward amer56 staff or other Users.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by amer56

amer56 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon suspension, your access to the Platform will be restricted, and you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation.

10.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for 12 consecutive months, amer56 may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amer56 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from interruption of service, system downtime, server failure, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Losses arising from third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays or failures.

In no event shall amer56's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amer56 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and amer56. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against amer56.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the amer56 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and game designs, is the exclusive property of amer56 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from amer56.

18. Acknowledgment

By creating an Account and using the amer56 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that you understand the legal complexity of online gambling in Indonesia. amer56 operates as an offshore platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of your participation under Indonesian law.
